It's a vast task do just that, but with Simon P. Lock's colossal experience under his belt, it could most probably be a sure thing to see what Dubai has not seen yet.
So get ready for this October, fashionistas and sylistas, Simon quotes, " There will be a polarity shift in the way people think of DFW."
